■미국 야생화, Yellow Flowers
정신 없이 지나가는 미국 생활 속에서도 마음을 즐겁게 하는 것들이 있습니다. 때와 계절에 맞게 인사를 하는 미국 큼직하고 화려한 가을 야생화들입니다. 미국의 곡창지대를 이루는 미국 중부의 적토는 야생화도 더욱 크고 멋지게 자연스럽게 자라게 합니다.
그래서, 가끔 야생화 관광하는 사람들이 미서부에서 오는 것 같다. 이 야생화는 우리 집에서 10분 거리, 대초원지대인 자연공원과 길가 여기저기에서 볼 수 있는 늦여름, 초가을에 볼 수 있는 흔한 꽃들입니다.
집에 야생화꽃을 가져와서 식탁에 놓으니, 분위기도 확 살아납니다.
야생화 '누가 알아주지 않아도, 스스로 꿋꿋이 자라서 때에 맞게 아름다운 꽃들과 씨를 맺습니다. ' 항상 꽃이 필 때는 다양한 벌과 나비의 양식이 되고, 소중한 꽃입니다.
이야생화는 미국 홈디포에서도 팔기도 합니다. 미국 야생화가 예뻐 정원에 키우는 분들도 있습니다.이런 아름다운 꽃들을 무료로 볼 수 있어서 좋고, 3마일 산책하며, 힐링합니다.
매년 집 10분 거리, 이곳(자연공원)에서 가을 산책을 아름다운 가을 속에 즐거운 산책을 했습니다. 제가 사는 곳에는 야생화와 야생동물 보호 구역 자연공원이 많아서 좋습니다.
하지만 올해 미국은 초가을도 매우 덥고, 건조하다. 비가 좀 더 왔으면, 좀 더 꽃들이 생생했을 것 같습니다.
노랑 노랑 안개꽃, 올래 만나도 예쁘고 신기합니다.
다양한 노랑꽃들이 천국! 초가을게 미국에 가을 코스모스는 보기 힘들어도, 이렇게 가을 정서를 힘껏 소소하게 느낄 수 있습니다.
■미국 가을 하늘과 가을 장식 호박
파랑 파랑한 가을 하늘, 화려한 미국 호박들도 나왔습니다. 미국 중부 낮 기온은 여전히 화씨 94도, 섭씨 30도가 넘어 덥지만, 그래도 아침저녁 파랑 파랑 더 예쁘고, 가을다운 하늘빛을 냅니다. 가을의 하나의 아름다움 중 하나입니다.
바람도 선선한 아침저녁, 이때는 잠시 행복해지는 순간입니다.
우리 동네, 신선한 마켓에 가니, 이렇게 예쁜 장식용 호박들이 나왔습니다.
울통 불통 못생겨도 색이 예쁜 호박들, 올해는 작은 호박 두 개를 벌써 구입해서, 집 앞에 장식했습니다. 미국은 가뭄과 인플레이션으로 호박값이 올해도 올랐습니다.
그래도 늘 하던 대로, 전통대로, 문화대로,미국 호박을 보면 기분이 좋고, 집 앞에 장식하니, 마음이 흐뭇해집니다. 미국 중남부에서 소소한 일상, 초가을 야생화와 가을 하늘, 다양한 미국 호박을 보며, 행복한 하루가 되었습니다.
